High-Volume Production, Flawless Finishing

As one of Bangkok’s largest and most iconic 5-star hotels, the Centara Grand at CentralWorld required a fabrication partner capable of delivering a high-volume, high-precision interior metalwork package. XYC Metalworks was commissioned to manufacture and supply a complete fit-out solution, demonstrating our expertise in large-scale production, flawless finishing, and global logistics.

This project was defined by its consistent, luxurious detailing across hundreds of guest rooms and public spaces. Our scope included:

Guest Room Interior Trim: We fabricated thousands of meters of PVD gold-finished stainless steel trim, which serves as the signature design element inlaid in the walls of the guest rooms, suites, and public corridors.

Custom Bathroom Fixtures: Our workshop precision-welded, polished, and finished hundreds of custom stainless steel frames for the bathroom vanities and mirrors, ensuring perfect mitered corners and a flawless, durable finish.

Bespoke Closet & Furniture Elements: We manufactured custom fixtures for the hotel suites, including illuminated PVD gold hanging rails for the closets and decorative metal frames for shelving and tables.

Lobby & Public Space Features: Our team also produced large-scale decorative elements, including the suspended ceiling art installations in the main lobby.

Quality Control & Logistics: We managed the entire process, from precision welding and PVD finishing in our facility to meticulous quality control, protective wrapping, and packing in custom wooden crates for secure international shipment to Bangkok.
