Mastering “New Chinese” Luxury: A Total Metalwork Solution

For the prestigious Taihe Changsha Courtyard, a landmark “New Chinese” style residential development, XYC Metalworks was commissioned to provide the total architectural metalwork solution. Our team was responsible for engineering, fabricating, and installing the project’s most defining elements, blending traditional artisan techniques with modern, precision manufacturing.

Our comprehensive scope included the massive, multi-ton custom bronze entrance gates for the main sales center, as well as the bespoke residential villa gates. These feature intricate cast bronze panels, etched metal detailing, and custom-cast bronze door handles. We also fabricated all laser-cut metal screens for the exterior facades, the decorative metal roofing trim and eaves, and the large-format bronze relief art panels set into the exterior walls.

Inside the sales center, our work continued with the fabrication of the towering 3D wavy metal wall panels (louver screens) at the reception, the massive suspended art chandelier, and all interior metal screens and balustrades.

This project is a testament to XYC Metalworks’ mastery of traditional artisan techniques (like casting and patination) combined with modern, high-precision fabrication, delivering a complete, museum-quality solution for a world-class property.
